It turned out alright, not amazing, but something I might make for a wine night sometime.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus
4 large beef tomatoes
1 loaf of italian bread
1 package of daiya cheddar flavored cheese
margarine
Directions:
cook the asparagus by boiling in water
Slice the bread and apply a small layer of margarine to the bread.
Line up on a baking dish taht is lightly oiled.
Layer the sliced tomatoes on the bread first, then the asparagus, then top with the daiya vegan cheese. Cook at 325 for 5 minutes.
