I bought these frozen gardein mini sliders a while ago, they have been sitting in my freezer waiting for me to use them.
Then I also had these vegan calamari rings that I needed to use.
So I ended up cooking both according to the box instructions, assembled, added a tomato slice, and made some caribbean/cajun creamy sauce to go with them.
It was quite tasty.
For the sauce I mixed 1 cup veganaise, 1 TBsp of a pre-mixed carribean spice, and 1/4 cup ketchup. I ended up reusing the sauce as a dip for things later in the week too.
